Current Compliance Status
An accessibility audit was conducted in March 2025 and revealed several issues.
By implementing the Userway accessibility plugin, all contrast and size issues were resolved. The plugin offers a wide range of settings to accommodate various visual and auditory impairments. It can be accessed via the “Accessibility Menu” button located at the bottom right of the screen.
Additionally, tables were replaced, incorrect heading tags corrected, appropriate alternative texts added to images, and links made more accessible. The entire website was tested using VoiceOver, and errors were fixed.
Two issues remain unresolved and are listed in the following section (Known Barriers).
Known Barriers
Error Messages in Forms:
Forms on our website display error messages. When an error is reported, screen reader users must navigate manually using the keyboard to find the error after submitting the form.
PDF Documents:
Our PDF document on information security, created before 2021, is not fully accessible. If you need a specific PDF document from us that is currently not accessible, please let us know using our contact form. We are working on making all our PDFs accessible.
